HELIMUN ry. Board of Directors is responsible for the arrangement of the HELIMUN conference, ranging from financial matters to deciding upon the themes and topics of the conference. The Board of Directors also appoints the Student Officers for the conference after consulting a special Advisory Panel on the matter.

The Board of Directors consists of individuals who mostly have a lot of experience from various MUN conferences, but above all enthusiasm, vision and motivation to strive to make HELIMUN conferences ever better. Each year, a new Board of Directors is elected at the annual meeting of the registered members of HELIMUN ry.
